Where do your products ship from?

Our products are shipped from Canada.

I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

We do not allow order cancellations. No changes can be made once an order has shipped, however if changes need to be made prior to shipping (like contact information or shipping address) please contact info@jamiefinemerch.com and we will do our best to assist you.

I received my order and there is a quality issue with an item.

If there is a quality issue with an item you received, please send us an email right away at info@jamiefinemerch.com. Please include a description of the issue and we will assist you as soon as, and as best as possible.

Do you do refunds?

We offer returns on a case by case basis. If your refund is processed, we will compensate you for the full cost of the item, however shipping is non-refundable. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days once approved.
